Happy Father's Day honey

WOW it's been forever since I've blogged. It's hard to get to the computer every day; maybe if i had a laptop I could update this thing more. Life has been very busy with a newborn, a toddler, and now a 1st grader. And now I'm back to work since my maternity leave is over:( It went much too fast. Hard to believe Brady "bug" is 7 weeks old already; almost 2 months. We are all so in LOVE with him. He's been smiling and "talking" alot this week; melts my heart. I take so many pics of the kids that I think they'll get sick of me soon (haha) I'm really getting into this Photography thing that I may see if there is a class I can take or something to hone my skills a bit more. I've been known to take many shots of the same thing just to get the "right one." May seem a bit repetitive but worth it when it comes to capturing that perfect moment I'm going for. As a result of my efforts I've got many great shots mostly of the kids cuz if I even try to take pics of Kevin he runs for cover. Luckily the kids are more tolerant of me.

So it's Father's Day today. We plan to just let Daddy relax and not do any work. It's his day after all. I think we'll just hang out at home until the family dinner tonight. That's what Sundays are for right? I'm looking forward to a couple days off now to catch up on things around the house. I started switching out my pics in my picture frames and need to finish printing out pics to get that done. I also would like to start scrapbooking Brady's book...I'm already 7 weeks behind UGH Luckily I've been keeping track of what he's been doing daily since he was born. I feel like we are finally in a routine now since he was born so our days go a little smoother now. And I'm starting a new job on June 30th so I'm getting ready for that, too

Our new babysitter for the kids spent a great deal of time with us this past week to get to know us and our routine. I have no doubt in my mind that we chose the right person for our family. She is really enjoying getting to know our children and they have taken to her quickly. It is such a relief to know we found someone great to care for our children while we are working. It's hard enough to leave them to go to work but very comforting to know they are in good hands.

Happy Father's Day to all the dad's and I'll try to update this blog of mine more often.
